If you are having trouble connecting to the internet, hotspot (if your plan supports it), and sending MMS pictures, video, or group messages you very well may have a problem with your APN settings. In order for those features to work properly you must have the proper APN profile installed. Use the settings shown below to potentially fix any issues you may be having with your Verizon Wireless service.

Be sure you copy exactly what you see. If you do not, and have you extra spaces or an extra character that shouldn’t be there the APN won’t work right, might not even save, and you won’t be able to properly connect to Verizon Wireless.
