For the fastest data speeds on Total Wireless with working hotspot (if your plan supports it), MMS picture, video, and group messages, you must have the proper APN profile setup on your device. Use the settings shown below to configure your device to work properly with Total Wireless.

Be sure you copy exactly what you see. If you do not, and have you extra spaces or an extra character that shouldn’t be there the APN won’t work right, might not even save, and you won’t be able to properly connect to Total Wireless.
