If you just signed up for T-Mobile and added either a SIM card to your device or downloaded an eSIM profile you may find you can’t access the internet or send or receive MMS pictures, videos, or group messages. These are strong indicators that you don’t have the right APN profile configured on your phone. Use one of the settings shown below to resolve those problems.

Be sure you copy exactly what you see. If you do not, and have you extra spaces or an extra character that shouldn’t be there the APN won’t work right, might not even save, and you won’t be able to properly connect to T-Mobile.
