Qlink is a Lifeline service provider that uses T-Mobile’s network to provide you with cellular coverage. For a working data connection, hotspot (if your plan supports it) MMS pictures, videos, and group messages you must have a proper Qlink APN profile configured on your device. Use a profile shown below to help fix your issues.

Not sure where to begin? I have a step by step guide on how to setup your APN settings for both Android and iOS devices. You can follow that guide to input the settings found below into your APN profile.

Be sure you copy exactly what you see. If you do not, and have you extra spaces or an extra character that shouldn’t be there the APN won’t work right, might not even save, and you won’t be able to properly connect to Qlink.
