Google Fi is an MVNO of T-Mobile with roaming on UScellular. If you just signed up for Google Fi and added either a SIM card to your device or downloaded an eSIM profile you may find you can’t access the internet, use hotspot (if your plan supports it), or send or receive MMS pictures, videos, or group messages. These issues are strong indicators that you don’t have the right APN profile configured on your phone or other device.
For the fastest data speeds, working hotspot and MMS use one of the Google Fi APNs shown below until you find the right one that works with your SIM and device.
Not sure where to begin? I have a step by step guide on how to setup your APN settings for both Android and iOS devices. You can follow that guide to input the settings found below into your APN profile.
Be sure you copy exactly what you see. If you do not, and have you extra spaces or an extra character that shouldn’t be there the APN won’t work right, might not even save, and you won’t be able to properly connect to Google Fi.
