For a working data connection, MMS pictures, videos, and group messages you must have a proper enTouch Wireless APN profile configured on your device. Be sure you copy exactly what you see. If you do not, and have you extra spaces or an extra character that shouldn’t be there the APN won’t work right, might not even save, and you won’t be able to properly connect to enTouch Wireless.
