FreeUP Mobile APN Configuration Guide

FreeUP Mobile uses the AT&T network to provide you with cellular coverage. If you just signed up for FreeUP and added either a SIM card to your device or downloaded an eSIM profile you may find you can’t access the internet, use hotspot (if your plan supports it), or send or receive MMS pictures, videos, or group messages. These issues are strong indicators that you don’t have the right APN profile configured on your phone.

Use one of the FreeUP Mobile APN settings shown below for the fastest data speeds, working hotspot, and to resolve your service issues.

Not sure where to begin? I have a step by step guide on how to setup your APN settings for both Android and iOS devices. You can follow that guide to input the settings found below into your APN profile.

Be sure you copy exactly what you see. If you do not, and have you extra spaces or an extra character that shouldn’t be there the APN won’t work right, might not even save, and you won’t be able to properly connect to FreeUp Mobile.
