Safelink is a Lifeline service provider that uses Verizon’s network to provide you with cellular coverage. For a working data connection, MMS pictures, videos, and group messages you must have a proper Safelink APN profile configured on your device. Use the profile shown below to help fix your issues.

Be sure you copy exactly what you see. If you do not, and have you extra spaces or an extra character that shouldn’t be there the APN won’t work right, might not even save, and you won’t be able to properly connect to Safelink.
